Advanced Timber Engineered Kit System
About the Advanced Timber Engineered Kit System
Our buildings have been designed using what is called a Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) approach, which simply means that the walls, floor and roof elements can be manufactured offsite in a clean and dry factory and transported to the site and then assembled.
The best part is that the assembly of the home typically takes about two days to lift and connect the panelised sections to a wind and watertight stage. After the kit has been erected by us the customer can then take over to fit out the building to their own standard, usually with trades taken on directly by the customer and completed in their own time.
Please note, we can also provide additional advice or other support during the kit stage; check out our services for more information.

Testimonials about the kit manufacture and erection team
Thanks for making everything to do with the timber frame, so seamless and easy. It has been a pleasure to have you be part of our new home build.

I’ve had a lot of complimentary comments on both the speed and quality of the build

I have to say it was one of the most enjoyable building experiences I have had watching your company erect the kit. You asked me some questions on Monday morning and that was the last time I was asked any questions. Your squad of 6 Joiners were probably one of the best squads I have had in a long time

It is a sad truth, but a company that takes pride in its work for no other reason than it is the right thing to do is a rare find.
